For one of the leading manufacturers of automotive testing equipment, we developed a customized control housing for use at the Proving Ground.
The basis was a robust Peli case, which we equipped with extensive electronics .
easy worx took over the conception and implementation of the control system – from the complete wiring to series production .
In addition, our partner easy3D developed the necessary 3D printing components, which enabled the perfect integration of all components .
This resulted in a reliable and practical overall system that meets the highest requirements in the test environment .

For WEAD GmbH, a leading manufacturer in the field of water slide and architectural lighting, easy worx developed robust and durable connection and distribution cables for LED strips .
From the initial concept idea to series production of several thousand units per year, we support our partners every step of the way. In addition to manufacturing the cabling , we also handle precise potting to ensure maximum reliability .
The particular challenges lay in the extreme operating conditions : chlorine, water, UV radiation, strong temperature fluctuations and harsh assembly conditions.
Thanks to our many years of experience in the field of overmolding and wiring solutions , we have been able to develop a solution that can withstand these requirements over the long term .

In the field of building automation, we developed a customized housing for a 9-inch display for one of our partners.
The housing has individually defined inputs and outputs so that it can be adapted precisely to the requirements on site.
To minimize installation effort, we've integrated extensive pre-wiring —including the display power supply, 230V connection, switches, and other required electronics. This makes installation particularly efficient for the end customer , as only the truly individual connections need to be installed on-site.
