From the idea to the series
Thanks to the support of our partner easy3D, we can produce cost-effective prototypes extremely quickly, producing initial quality results . These initial samples are produced using 3D-printed molds, allowing you to test function, fit, and material behavior early on. Long waiting times and high modification costs are thus completely eliminated .

We work exclusively with high-quality overmold materials, tailored to your requirements: from temperature- and chemical-resistant to electrically insulating. This provides your wiring and electronics with optimal protection for almost any application.
We not only develop your overmolds, but also manufacture them in series upon request – naturally made in Austria. Our state-of-the-art casting machine, which operates fully automatically at pressures of up to 60 bar, allows us to cast not only highly complex geometries but also, depending on the mold, multiple cavities, i.e., multiple components simultaneously. This guarantees high availability and realizes your overmolds efficiently, on time, and reliably – from small batch sizes to large-scale production.
